What we do
We support adults aged 18+ with a wide range of needs, including complex health conditions, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and acquired brain injury.
Our services are designed directly around the requirements of the Care Act 2014, ensuring every person receives support that puts their needs first.
- Person-centred support. We listen, respect your wishes, and tailor care to what matters most to you (under the Act’s “wellbeing principle”)
- Safe, supported housing . Secure accommodation with help to maintain your home, manage bills, and build daily living skills
- Promoting independence. We help you develop skills, access education, work, and community links, so you stay in control of your life
- Preventative support. Working to stop needs from escalating, as required under Section 2 of the Care Act
- Safeguarding. Following statutory duties to protect adults from abuse or neglect, and acting swiftly if concerns arise
- Joint working. Coordinating with councils, health services, and other providers to ensure joined-up care and support
Personal & Health Support
- Assistance with PEG feeding and managing enteral feeding regimes
- Medication support, health monitoring, and liaising with healthcare professionals
- Personal care, mobility support, and use of hoists and specialist moving equipment where required
- Health and wellbeing support, promoting physical activity, mental health, and healthy lifestyles
- Respite care, short-term support to give you and your family a break, when you need it
Daily Life & Skills
- Help with daily living skills, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and managing household tasks
- Support to build confidence and learn new skills for greater independence
- Encouraging hobbies, interests, and activities, including music and creative pursuits to support wellbeing
Financial & Practical Support
- Help with financial support, managing benefits, understanding entitlements, and organising income
- Budgeting and controlling personal money, learning to plan spending, pay bills, and manage finances responsibly
- Support with correspondence, official paperwork, forms, and communicating with councils, GPs, hospitals, and benefit agencies on your behalf
Accessibility & Lifestyle
- Fully wheelchair-accessible properties with adapted facilities
- Respect and support for your cultural, religious, and lifestyle needs, including diet, traditions, and attendance at places of worship or community events
- Female-only support available on request, provided by trained female staff
Housing & Future Planning
- Help to maintain your tenancy, understanding rights and responsibilities, and keeping your home secure
- Planning for a successful onward move, preparing you for greater independence, alternative housing, or supported living that matches your changing needs
- Support to access education, training, volunteering, or employment opportunities
