These terms apply to all services provided by Veritas Living, Birmingham.  They set out rights and responsibilities under the Care Act 2014, housing legislation, and regulatory standards.

- Provide safe, clean, and compliant accommodation

- Deliver support as agreed in your personalised plan

- Follow Care Act 2014 principles of wellbeing, choice, and independence

- Respect cultural, religious, and lifestyle preferences

- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection laws

- Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly

- Treat others with respect and dignity

- Comply with your tenancy agreement

- Look after your home and report repairs promptly

- Follow health and safety rules

- Share relevant information about your needs or changes

- Raise concerns through our agreed process

- Support plans reviewed regularly; changes discussed and agreed

- Reasonable notice given for adjustments, in line with law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
